Come with us for otter spotting along the River Dodder and learn about the river's nature with Tim Clabon of the Irish Wildlife Trust

We will walk to Rathfarnham Bridge and while we can't be sure to see otters we will see their slides and perhaps their holts as well as insects, birds, fish and the special flora of the river!

One Dodder Day is a photographic record of one day in the life of the River Dodder. River-lovers will be given just one day to photograph the River Dodder for this exhibition!

Get out on Sunday, August 20th, and photograph nature on the River Dodder to celebrate this special water day of a Heritage Week which focuses on the natural environment. Whether it be rain on a blade of grass or a Kingfisher, it's your river - go photograph it. Send your images to dodderaction@gmail.com by 5 pm on Monday, August 21st.

The best pics will be enlarged and printed by Copy Graphics, Clonskeagh for a special Heritage Week exhibition at The Hive, Herbert Park!
