Dodder Heritage Day returns for the first time since Covid!
This year we are celebrating in Milltown Parish Centre on September 26th 2026 with two events:
- 2 pm: A Screening of our film on the River Dodder, This is Your River, directed by John Gormley and scripted by ourselves PLUS a poetry reading from local poet Nessa O’Mahony from her new collection Dodder Daughter.
- 3.30 pm The Mills of the River Dodder, a historical walking tour of the nearby banks with architectural historian, Rob Goodbody
Admission is free to both events, but you MUST book as either or both as spaces are limited by emailing dodderaction@gmail.com with either FILM or WALK in the subject line.
